I am deeply moved to have my One Can Imagine work included in this exhibition, as part of New Art’s BIPOC Curatorial Program, which enables curators who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color to develop and share exhibitions that spark dialog, share personal vision, and personal experiences through curation. I appreciate the theme of the show: what if art was used as a symbol of healing?
