The Massachusetts Cultural Council recommended three paintings of my Bitter Chill series to be exhibited at Governor Maura Healy’s office in the State House as part Massachusetts 250, an arts initiative speaking to American and Massachusetts revolutionary history. It was an honor to meet the Governor and discuss the works. She, and our state’s other women leaders are an inspiration in their principled leadership.
